  1. Open the File and then choose Export and then Create a Video.
  2. You will find two drop down menus. The first drop down menu will allow you to choose the desired video quality. To change the default 5 second timing, to the right of the timing box, click the up arrow to increase the duration, or click the down arrow to decrease the duration.

  4. In the File name box, enter your video  file name, select the folder where you want to save this file and the file extension to use (MPEG-4 Video or Windows Media Video), and then click Save.
